By shares, we mean a portion in a joint account or a company. In business language, it means a portion one has invested in the setup of a company. The individuals or a group, known as investors can do these. As the company grows, it earns profit and declares bonuses or interests to its investors.

As the time goes by some investors may try to buy more shares of the organization or to put in simple language may want to invest more in company after observing the company’s growth. Since the required investment ratio is limited investors’ trade in them. To put it in common man’s language the interested investor who wants to increase his investment ratio in the company buys shares of other investors at a price, which is set by the organization keeping in, mind the companies’ growth. This is termed as Shares trading.

Share brokers appointed by the company deal with Share trading between the investors. These share brokers handle every aspect of trading like: buying, transfer of shares and selling of shares. Share trading is not easy as it sounds. It requires lot of observation of the market i.e. financial market, growth of the organization or company, the financial status of the market, the profit and loss made in a year. All these factors play a very important role in the Shares Trading.

Shares’ trading is a very risky game. Some may earn millions from this whereas some may lose millions. It is a very speculative game. One has to play this game keeping in mind all the risks involved. It requires lot of patience and observation power.

With the growth in technology and with the entrance of computers the trading of shares is less tedious now as it is easy to keep a tab on the company and the market at one’s fingertips. Nowadays trading of shares is done online. The share brokers have listed themselves in the share market hence they get a minute-to-minute report of the price of the shares. These makes the trading easier as all they have to do is click on the required company’s name listed in the share market and get the price of the shares.

Once the investor knows the price of the companies’ shares it becomes easier for them to trade in the relevant shares. All the work is done at the click of the mouse, this new trend of share trading in known as Online Shares Trading. One gets the price of these shares even sitting at home. It is more convenient and saves a lot of time.

Online trading is catching up very fast. All one has to do is get themselves registered in the share market and trade in the shares. The physical shares or simply put the documents notifying the shares an investor has in company have first to be the mated or simple put have to be transferred into e-shares  thus making it easier to trade in them this is the process of Online trading of shares.
